Il s'agit d'un changement de serrure car la poignée se dévisse et que la porte se ferme très difficilement. Il se peut que le bois de la porte ait gonflé en raison du froid, il faudra donc dans ce cas limer, ce sera comme vous jugerez nécessaire. Je précise qu'il s'agit d'un immeuble ancien ainsi qu'une vieille porte avec laquelle il faudra faire attention.

Hi Philippe, you were recently at our apartment and we need to order a replacement lock for the door. You mentioned to Ciaran that it could be approx 200 euros. We will not have the money to pay until next week but could I get an approx figure as to how much it will cost in total because my landlord is going to minus it off our rent. If you need payment before ordering that is no problem I will do that next week, but I just need to know the amount before next week also if that is okay with you
